The total accreditation fee, plus HST, is due at the time of submission of the learning activity for accreditation and is not refundable.

Payment of Accreditation Fees

Fees may be paid by PayPal, cheque or direct deposit.

Payment by PayPal.

  • If you know the accreditation fee, on the on-line Accreditation Application Form, click on the PayPal button and pay through PayPal using your credit card. An invoice receipt will be sent to you.
  • If you do not know your fee, on the on-line Accreditation Application form, click on the Invoice button. An electronic invoice will be sent to you that you may pay with your credit card through PayPal.

Payment by Cheque

  • On the on-line Accreditation Application form, click on the Cheque button.
  • An invoice will be sent to you.

  • On the on-line Accreditation Application form, click on the Invoice button.
  •  An invoice will be sent to you
  • You must then email CCCEP the forms with the required banking information to facilitate direct deposit. This email should be sent to admin.assistant@cccep.ca.

Technician CE Incentive Policy

CCCEP will provide a discount on the accreditation fees for learning activities for pharmacy technicians. This discount is in effect from December 1, 2015 to June 30, 2021 (subject to review and may be extended).

The discount on the accreditation fees is:

  • 50% for the regular submission fee for new activities , extensions, activity type reviews, administrative reviews and renewals;
  • 30% for the fast track portion of the fee; and
  • 20% for conferences.

Dual Accreditation Fee Policy

A Dual Accreditation is the accreditation of a learning activity for both pharmacists and technicians, if relevant to both their practices.

They may be deemed the same learning activity if the content of the learning activity is the same or almost the same (i.e., less than 5% to 15%, depending on the number of CEUs, of the content is different). 

To obtain a dual accreditation, select the target audience "Pharmacists and Technicians". The last digit of the CCCEP Number will be a "Z" for 'Pharmacists and Technicians" as opposed to a "P" for pharmacists or "T" for technicians

NOTE: You do NOT have to make two separate submissions for a dual accreditation.

In accordance with the Dual Accreditation Fee Policy, in effect until June 30, 2021 (subject to review and may be extended), the accreditation fee for the technician aspect of the dual accreditation is waived if submitted for a regular review. The fee is the same as if you applied for accreditation for pharmacists only.

If submitted as a fast track, two Fast Track surcharges apply as two review panels are utilized. However, there is a 30% reduction in the second Fast Track Surcharge.
