Submit a Program for Accreditation

 

The application process and requirements for submission of a continuing pharmacy education program may be found in the Standards for CCCEP Accreditation.

The Program Submission process is an on-line process .

You must be registered as a CCCEP program provider in order to submit programs on-line.

If you have previously had program accredited by CCCEP, then you will already be registered as a program provider. Please contact CCCEP to obtain your login information at:

If you have NOT PREVIOUSLY submitted a program to CCCEP for accreditation, then register as a program provider by clicking on the following link.
